There's 1 lady who always picks up the call. She's so rude and disrespectful. Like lady you have to be professional not disrespecting your customers! Her supervisor or Dr. Irshad himself should see how his assistance are disrespecting. Like they should hire professional people not unprofessional people whom cant respect people at all. I'm very disappointed and pissed off at this moment. I don't usually confront people because I'm just afraid that lady will be disrespectful towards me and I don't have time for that kind of behavior. I hope once I get my surgery, I'm just hoping Dr. Irshad is nice surgeon then his own assistance.
