Dr. Kashif Irshad

This is not about Dr. Irshad kashif he's a good doctor but I'm giving a bad feedback to his assistance at the office, who makes the appointments and everything. There's 1 lady who always picks up the call. She's so rude and disrespectful. Like lady you have to be professional not disrespecting your customers! Her supervisor or Dr. Irshad himself should see how his assistance are disrespecting. Like they should hire professional people not unprofessional people whom cant respect people at all. I'm very disappointed and pissed off at this moment. I don't usually confront people because I'm just afraid that lady will be disrespectful towards me and I don't have time for that kind of behavior. I hope once I get my surgery, I'm just hoping Dr. Irshad is nice surgeon then his own assistance. I hope his office people assistance get her act straight before someone actually complains to him or her supervisor to get her fired up!

Excellent surgeon. Accommodated my needs very well as I was coming from out of province. Adjustments during surgery were done as needed, represented great knowledge on the condition. I would recommend him for anyone with pectus excavatum.
